Who is the wonderful and marvelous Holy Spirit of Grace? To have Fellowship and Partner Together with Him we must know him well.
Through impersonal metaphors for the Holy Spirit--Fire, Wind, Water, Oil, dove, and so forth- have a biblical basis, they have been used to such an extent that some people don't really know who he actually is. Let examine some bedrock truth about Him:
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD
Like God the Father and God the Son, the Holy Spirit is a member of the God head. The bible itself calls the Holy Spirit God. (Matt 28:19), Jesus Clearly Set the Holy Spirit in the same position as the Father and the Son. He said that the Holy Spirit had the same authority, power, and glory as the Father and the Son.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE REVELER OF TRUTH.
In Acts 5:3-4; Here Peter gave witness that the Holy Spirit is God by Saying that Ananias had Lied to God and the Holy Spirit, using the words interchangeably. Hear me, Not only as God but the Revealer of Truths.

Some Old Testatment verses spoken by the Lord are referred to in the new Testatment as being written by the Holy Spirit. (Isa 6:9, Acts 28: 25-26); From Scripture Passages such as these i clearly understand that the Holy Spirit is Indeed one of the Holy Trinity.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE CREATOR
We Understand from scripture that the Holy Spirit is God the Creator. He Created the Heaven and the Earth by the will of God. ( Gen 1:2, Job 26:13).

THE HOLY SPIRIT THE RESTORERER AND TRANSFORMER.
Again, He is God the Restorerer and the Transformer. (Rom 1:4,6:11), He caused human to be born Again (John 3:5-7); reproved the world of sin, of righteousness and of Judgement ( John 16:8); and cast out devils (Matt 12:28).

More than a Spirit, More than these proofs, the Holy Spirit has all the attributes of God. Only God is External, Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent-- The Holy Spirit is all these. More Interesting is that the Holy Spirit is External (Heb 9:14).
